Plain Rubber Sheet with CN Layer offerd by CVUL, is designed to use as an ideal products for pulley lagging and rubber lining in heavy duty materials handing system. It's a specially blended rubber compound, which is made from a formulated mixture of Butadiene rubber, natural rubber and chloroprene rubber.

It has excellent resistance to tear, large particle impact and dry sliding abrasion caused by sharp and heavy materials. It offers excellent flexibility and enhances the movement of material fines, eliminating caking and prevent materials build-up when mixed with larger particles.

CVUL plain rubber Lagging is supplied with a special CN Bonding Layer to achieve ultimate adhesion when bonded to metal surfaces.
CVUL Plain rubber sheet has superb physical properties, including mechanical strength and cut resistance, which is suitable for wear protection also.
