The hot vulcanized core rubber is uniformly dense, with a density of 1.3g/mm³, exhibiting excellent tensile strength and elongation at break. After undergoing high-temperature vulcanization at 145°C for 40 minutes under pressure, it becomes a mature rubber with high strength, strong bonding properties, and good flexibility. It can tightly bond with the fabric layer of the belt core or steel wire rope core, resulting in naturally strong adhesion.
The hot vulcanization splicing process for belts is complex. In addition to selecting high-quality core rubber, it also requires the coordination of surface rubber, adhesive, and the operation by professional construction personnel to achieve optimal performance.
