  • INQUIRY
CVUL Ceramic Pulley Lagging with CN Layer is manufactured from a specially blended synthetic rubber (styrene-butadiene rubber)combined with square ceramic tiles inserted within the profile block. It is used as a an ideal rubber lagging on conveyor pulleys in conveyor systems.

The ceramic tiles of ceramic pulley Lagging is made from 92% aluminium oxide. It is vulcanised within the rubber and have a dimpled surface. It ensures excellent abrasion resistance and whilst maintaining flexibility against the conveyor belt. It significantly increased abrasion resistance while providing the highest friction forces to the conveyor belt. It is suitable for use in wet and dirty conditions and high belt tension applications.

CVUL Ceramic Pulley Lagging is offerd with a specially formulated Neoprene based CN Bonding Layer to achieve excellent adhesion when bonded to steel pulley surfaces. To achieve this ultimate bond strength,CVUL cold bonding system is recommended.

Advantages

● Prolong belt and pulley's service life.
● Increases grip and eliminates belt slippage.
● Improves drive and tracking of the conveyor belt.
● Developed for using in extreme conditions.
● Features a high abrasion resistance.
● Ease of installation.
● Increases the coefficient of friction between the drive pulley and conveyor belt.
● Self-cleaning,shedding dirt and water away from the pulley by the grooves.
