CVUL Impact Beds is supplied to use under the material loading and transfer points to absorb the impact energy of dropping bulk material on heavy duty conevyor system.
Impact beds mainly consists of impact bars and the steel supporting device. Impact bars have a cover plate made of UHMWPE polyethylene with a slip coefficient of 0.07 and 0.1.It facilitates the movement of the conveyor belts. With the aluminium T profile inside, it's more easier to replace compare with the traditional conveyor roller.

The steel supporting device of the impact bed is made up of strengthen channel, bracket and connectors. They are made of Q235 Steel. It's stable and can decrease the damage of belt and extend the belt life.
