CVUL Impact Bar is a combination of rubber, aluminium T profile and ultra-high UHMWPE polyethylene plate, which are treated in a special way and bonded by hot vulcanizing.
Impact bars are used at feeding area to make dropping bulk materials soft loading and absorb the high impact energy. It can replace the traditional cushion rollers and is widely adoptted by the belt conveyor systems from power plants, building materials, steel plant, ports and mining industries.
