The rubber lining of the roller is not effective,how can we quickly resolve this issue?

After the electric drum is coated with glue, the poor coating effect generally has the following two aspects:
1、 After the electric drum is turned on and running, there may be problems such as adhesive peeling or detachment of the rubber plate, or adhesive peeling and detachment of the rubber plate after a short period of operation. 
2、 After starting up, there is a phenomenon of slipping and deviation between the drum and the conveyor belt. 
The reasons for the above situation are:
The detachment of the rubber plate in a short period of time is often caused by improper selection of the adhesive for the roller wrapping or improper on-site operation. 
The slipping between the drum and the conveyor belt is often caused by the poor anti slip and wear-resistant performance of the rubber sheet. 
How can we quickly solve the above problems? (prescribe the right medicine)
When selecting adhesive for roller wrapping, the adhesive needs to have at least two important properties: strong bonding performance and temperature adaptability. 
Having strong adhesive performance is the most basic requirement for roller coating, ensuring the required adhesive force between the adhesive plate and the roller after the glue is applied. 
Adhesive with strong temperature adaptability can ensure that it will not deteriorate in the construction environment with changing temperatures, preventing the adhesive from becoming hard or soft due to temperature rise or fall, and affecting the bonding effect of the coating. 
CVUL cold vulcanization roller coating adhesive CV-2000A fully meets the requirements of the roller coating adhesive mentioned above, with strong adhesive strength. After hardening, the adhesive strength can reach 10000cps, and it is suitable for temperatures between -40 and 120 ℃. It can be operated and used in various environments. Moreover, it has flame retardant properties and can also be used underground in coal mines. 
The selection of roller coated rubber plates should meet the requirements of the on-site construction environment. For ordinary environments, flat wear-resistant rubber plates can be used for coating, while for complex environments, diamond shaped wear-resistant rubber plates are more commonly used. For special environments such as muddy and humid environments, ceramic wear-resistant rubber plates are more commonly used for coating. 
CVUL with CN layer roller wrap adhesive sheet can be used in conjunction with roller wrap adhesive. The bonding surface has a semi vulcanized layer, which can react chemically with the adhesive to ensure the adhesion between the adhesive sheet and the roller. 
When carrying out the roller wrapping operation on site, it is necessary to strictly follow the construction process before proceeding. 
Use a high-power low-speed angle grinder with tungsten steel discs to polish the surface of the drum, then apply a cleaning agent for deep cleaning. After drying, apply a metal primer to ensure the wettability of the adhesive after application. 
Apply cold vulcanized roller coating adhesive on the surface of the drum, wait for it to dry before applying it again, and apply roller coating adhesive on the bonding surface of the rubber plate. Attach the rubber sheet to the surface of the drum, use a rubber hammer to strike it firmly, and seal the rubber joint of the drum.
